1. Websites where products will be purchased must be available for shipment in South Korea (if it is not based on SK).2. Item, Korean Local Shipping Fee, and International Shipping Fee are those that are included in ALL-IN price of the item.3. We will secure your item once paid.4. Once the form is submitted, cancellation is not allowed.5. Proof of Purchased can be requested.6. Proof of Arrival on our Korean Address can also be requested (Photo/s will be given usually on weekends)7. Normal ETA: Usually takes up to 5-9 weeks if there will be no delays. Please be patient upon ordering.8. Please pay the exact amount on the specific account given for the payment process. We are not liable if you failed to settle your balance because of a mistake in the number you’ve put.9. We are not responsible for the damaged items caused by the shipment (from sites to our Korean Address, and from our Korean Address to PH). Upon arrival, we will inform you before shipment so you’ll be informed.

[Box Sharing] Policies

1. Estimated Time of Arrival is 5-9 weeks if there will be no delays.2. You need to provide us the tracking number, quantity of the item/s, and what the product is.3. No rush shipment.4. We are not responsible for the damaged items caused by the shipment (from sites to our Korean Address, and from our Korean Address to PH). Upon arrival, we will inform you before shipment.5. Proof of Arrival on our Korean Address can also be requested (Photo/s will be given usually on weekends)6. Payment for ISF (International Shipping Fee) must be paid before we give our address.7. There will be no refunds if you want to cancel renting/sharing.

Shop Policies

SHIPMENT1. Estimated Date of Arrival usually takes up to 5-9 weeks or more if there will be delays after the release of the said products.2. We only offer Normal ETA.3. No rush shipment.4. Scheduled of shipment for local depends on the courier: J&T (1-3 days), ABEST (1-2 days), LBC* & JRS (weekends only)5. Please take note that we will only allow JRS and LBC if ABEST and J&T are not available for such reasons (area not covered, items with batteries such as lightsticks). They (LBC & JRS) also check the item, they need to open the parcel even if it is sealed just to know what’s inside even though I already told them and even provide pictures. So, please be informed with this.PAYMENT1. Payment must be made through the account stated on the email ONLY.2. We are not liable for the mistake of sending on the wrong number; Payment must still be made.3. Proof of Payment must include your name, amount, and transaction number (or reference number).4. Payment form must be answered so we can acknowledge your payment.5. Please pay the exact amount only. Any excess won’t be refunded.CANCELLATION1. We will offer refunds if the item/s arrived to you damaged (without informing you, 20% of the total amount of the item; still depends on the issue), wrong parcel, and incomplete products (or we can ship them to you, we will handle the LSF.)
